I recently heard on a podcast that there is no way to escape magical origin stories when it comes to our existence. Even if you do not buy into any religious doctrines and if you only smoke what science sells you, everything in the universe was once packed tightly into a space equal to a grain of sand. Everything. Pistorius was similarly glorified for competing on the Olympic track without most of his lower limbs. Yet both of these global tales of heroism are now tainted with scandal. Lance was on the juice and Pistorius allegedly gunned down his girl out of jealous rage. What_s next? I remember once shooting a girl, years ago, that became semi-offended when I suggested she dance to the music we had on while we took pictures. She refused, saying I was not hiring her to dance but only to model. With Taylor, there was no such issue. We had a hip-hop top 40 station on in the background and she began to bust some moves on her own without any direction. Photos like 16 were the result.
